Volunteer Waiver of Risk and Liability

I, hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in volunteer activities organized by Feed My Sheep Ministry. In consideration of being permitted to participate in these activities, I agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that volunteering may involve certain risks and dangers, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in volunteer activities, including those risks that may arise from the negligence or carelessness of others.

2. Health and Safety: I certify that I am in good health and physical condition to participate in volunteer activities. I agree to abide by all safety guidelines, instructions, and rules provided by Feed My Sheep Ministry and its representatives during my volunteer service.

3. Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Feed My Sheep Ministry, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in volunteer activities, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feed My Sheep Ministry from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from or related to my actions or conduct during my participation in volunteer activities.

5. Photographic Release: I grant Feed My Sheep Ministry the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken of me during volunteer activities for promotional, advertising, or other purposes without compensation.

6. Governing Law: This Volunteer Waiver of Risk and Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.
